The following criteria are estimated based on the actual passage of candidates over the years: the number of correct answers by candidates ≥ 70% of the average number of correct answers by the top 1% of global scores. For example, if the total number of questions is 240 and the average number of correct answers for the top 1% of the world's test takers is 220, then the test takers must answer 220 * 70%=154 questions correctly to pass the test. In the test, each subject will be graded separately, and the score of each subject is divided into three grades: ≤ 50%, 51% - 70%, ≥ 70%. The c.f.a. compiles test scores for each subject as a weighted average, which determines whether a test passes; CFA revision method: CFA multiple choice questions are graded by machine scanning. To ensure fair grading, the CFA Institute uses multiple quality monitoring procedures, including inspecting damaged answer sheets and randomly selecting about 5 percent of samples for independent review. Grading the c.f.a. Level 3 test is more complicated because it involves IPS writing. Each year, the CFA Association gathers 700 CFA holders at its headquarters in Charlotte, Va. During the grading process, the identity of each candidate is kept strictly secret. Readers know only the number of the test takers, and information such as names and nationalities is blocked. All this is for the fairness, fairness and openness of the CFA test. After a week of work, the marking work has been initially completed and will enter the senior marking process. At this point, the test takers' scores will be ranked from high to low, evenly divided into four score segments: the upper segment, the upper segment, the lower segment and the lower segment. Senior graders will retake tests in the upper middle and lower middle grades (those in the 25th to 75th percentile) and will not be allowed to retake those that have been graded.
